PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide meshing with strong bonding force with no special machining by forming inclined portions and straight portions in end faces when punching out a flat plate body in the case of forming a cylindrical body by winding the flat plate body and by meshing end portions each other. PSOLUTION: The cylindrical body by the flat plate body is formed by forming root portions, convex portions having front portions wider than the root portions, entrance portions arranged adjacent to the convex portions and concave portions having deep portions wider than the entrance portions at one end of the flat plate body and forming concave portions and convex portions meshing with the convex portions and the concave portions of one end side in the other end, winding the flat plate body and meshing the convex portions and the concave portions. The parts of the inserting sides are chamfered to form the inclined portions in one or both the meshing faces and the residual portions are formed to the straight portions firmly fitting with counter sides.
