PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for forming an installation pathway of a wiring or piping material in a foamed material, capable of solving the difficulty of specifying the opening position in the case of a spraying work of a foamed material to a base wall coated with a surface wall, preventing penetration of the installation pathway in the wall inside of the wiring base wall with the foamed material, and keeping a bending space in the case the piping material is bent from a space between walls to the installation pathway in the wall inside, and to provide a method for forming an installation pathway in a foamed material, and a method for installing a wiring or piping material. PSOLUTION: The tool is a formation tool for forming an installation pathway of a wiring or piping material in a foamed material, wherein the wiring or piping material is to be installed in the surface of the foamed material to be formed as a surface layer of a base wall by spraying toward one side, which is the surface wall side of a base wall, in a manner that the wiring or piping material can be installed transversely from the foamed material surface toward the installation pathway in the wall inside opened in the one side of the base wall while being bent in the foamed material. The formation tool comprises a fixation part, a formation part, and a prevention part. The formation part has a space to be a bending margin of the wiring or piping material to be bent outside of an opening in a manner that the foamed material sprayed to form a part of the installation pathway in the foamed material can be formed.
