PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a flow channel member which prevents the penetration of foreign matter into a flow channel and is reduced in the internal contamination of the flow channel. PSOLUTION: Since the flow channel member 1 includes a substrate 2 having the flow channel 2a formed therein, the lid body 3 provided in a region where the flow channel 2a and an external space communicate with each other, integrally molded on the part to which at least the peripheral edge part of the substrate 2 is connected, and capable of being separated from the substrate 2 when a load is applied, the internal contamination of the flow channel 2a before chemical reaction actually performed can be prevented.
