PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution of accurate work by a service staff.;SOLUTION: A control device of marine vessel propelling machine comprises an adjusting device for adjusting a vertical inclination angle of the marine vessel propelling machine with a drive device, a control device 52 for performing a drive control of the adjusting device, a storage part 78 which is equipped with the control device 52 and stores the limit value of the inclination angle, and a service tool 100 capable of being communicatably connected with the control device 52.
