PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving management operation system for a house or the like, integrally saving energy by use of energy-saving equipment to contribute to COSB2/SBreduction and global environmental conservation. PSOLUTION: This energy-saving system 1 for the house or the like includes; the house 2; a dealer 3 performing installation of the energy-saving equipment related to electricity use, gas use, or water use to the house 2 by rental; and a financial institution 4 performing direct debit of a use charge. By reducing a use amount of electricity, gas, or water by use the energy-saving equipment in the house 2, the energy-saving system 1 contributes COSB2/SBreduction and global environmental conservation.
