PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine fluid apparatus for use in protein detection based on centrifugal force and a fine fluid system including the fine fluid apparatus.;SOLUTION: The fine fluid system includes a fine fluid apparatus for use in target protein detection based on centrifugal force. The fine fluid apparatus includes: a rotor 100; a fine fluid structure 101, disposed in the rotor, which includes a plurality of passages that connect a plurality of chambers to one another and a plurality of valves disposed in the passages so as to control the flow of fluid, the fine fluid structure 101 transporting the fluid with use of centrifugal force caused by rotation of the rotor; beads, disposed in the fine fluid structure, each of whose surfaces has a capture probe having specific affinity for target protein; and a detection probe, disposed in the fine fluid structure, which has specific affinity for the target protein and contains a substance necessary for expression of an optical signal, the fine fluid structure mixing the beads with a biological sample and the detection probe for reaction and washing and separating the beads after the reaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
