PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin varnish composition for a laminate plate of a high glass transition temperature.;SOLUTION: The epoxy resin varnish composition for the laminate plate comprises (A) a dihydrobenzooxazine thermosetting resin occupying about 20-60 wt.% of a total amount and comprising (a) a phenol compound obtained by reacting an epoxy resin having two-functional groups or two or more-functional groups with phenol compound having two-functional groups, (b) a primary amine compound obtained by mixing a mono-functional group and two-functional groups, (c) a phenol compound having two-functional groups, and (d) formaldehyde or a poly-formaldehyde compound, (B) 30-60 wt.% of one kind or various kinds of epoxy resins, (C) 1-20 wt.% of phenylaldehyde resin curing agent, and (D) a curing accelerator resin occupying 0.01-1 PHR of a total amount of resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
