PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neonicotinoid preparation efficiently exhibiting termite-proofing effect even in a high-temperature high-humidity environment and continuing the effect for a long time, a curable termite control composition using it, a termite-proofing coating composition, and a termite-proofing resin molded article. PSOLUTION: The neonicotinoid preparation is obtained by capsuling a neonicotinoid compound, such as clothianidin, in a microcapsule with a wall membrane thickness of 1.8-4 m. The neonicotinoid preparation gives a curable termite control composition when mixed with a hydraulic component or a sediment component, gives a termite-proofing coating composition when compounded into a resin emulsion, and gives a termite-proofing resin molded article when molded together with a thermoplastic resin.
