PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facing material fixture which can positively fix a facing material even if a substrate is not flat due to steps, or includes chipped portions, and to provide a facing material mounting structure.;SOLUTION: The facing material fixture 20 functions to mount a modesty panel 10 on substrates 3A, 3B to which an external wall material 5A is mounted via a ventilation layer 4A in a manner of adjoining the external wall material 5A. The facing material fixture is formed of: a support portion 21 supporting the modesty panel 10; an elastic engaging portion 25 arranged on the support portion 21 and inserted into the ventilation layer 4A between the substrate 3A and the external wall material 5A in an elastically deformed manner; and fixed portions 27 formed in the support portion 21, and fixed to the substrate 3B at locations away from the elastic engaging portion 25.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
