PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a precast reinforced concrete column and a steel beam.;SOLUTION: According to the connection structure, a beam connecting cap 4 is mounted on an upper end periphery of the lower-stage precast reinforced concrete column 2, in one body, and a lower portion of each damper steel plate 5 is connected to an external surface of the beam connecting cap together with an end place 6 at an end of the steel beam 3, by means of a bolt 7, followed by setting an adjusting member 8 for adjusting the erection accuracy of the upper-stage precast reinforced concrete column 1 on an upper end face of the lower-stage precast reinforced concrete column. Then the upper-stage precast reinforced concrete column having a column connecting cap 9 mounted on a lower end periphery thereof in one body, is erected inside the damper steel plates, and butted against the upper end of the lower-stage precast reinforced concrete column via the adjusting member.
