PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of degradation of joint efficiency at a beam-column connection portion using a T-shaped cross-sectional joint metal that is connected to a flange of a column member and a flange of a beam member by means of high strength bolts, the degradation occurring when a plurality of bolt rows for connecting a T-flange of the joint metal to the column member, are arranged at the connection portion.;SOLUTION: The joint metal 1 has the T-flange 2 and a T-web 3 for connecting between the column member 6 having the flange 61 and the beam member 7 having the flange 71 via both the flanges 61, 71. The T-flange 2 is divided into two plate portions 21, 22 in a plate thickness direction.
