PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying method capable of spraying a monolithic refractory including a carbon material with a low water content, and obtaining a precise construction body which is precise and improved in corrosion resistance.;SOLUTION: The powdered monolithic refractory (2) composed of refractory powder not including the carbon material, the anthracite coal of a particle size of 0.5 mm or smaller and having 0.5-3 mass% in outer percentage to the refractory powder of 100 mass%, and an additive including a binding agent is sent into a convey pipe (5) to be conveyed with an airflow, the construction water of the quantity of 10-50 mass% to total construction water is injected to the monolithic refractory from a primary water injector (7) disposed on the way of the convey pipe, then the remaining construction water is injected to the monolithic refractory from a secondary water injector (8) disposed at the downstream with respect to the primary water injector, and then the monolithic refractory is sprayed from a spray nozzle (4) connected to the tip of the convey pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
