PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal force based microflow apparatus for dilution and a microflow system comprising it.;SOLUTION: This apparatus includes: rotatable disc type platform 10; a mixing chamber 50 arranged on the platform 10; a buffer liquid preservation part which is arranged nearer to the mixing chamber 50 than to the center of the platform 10, is connected with the mixing chamber 50 through a channel, and supplies a buffer liquid of at least constant quantity each time to the mixing chamber 50; and a plurality of dilution chambers 61-67 which are arranged farther from the center of the platform 10 than the mixing chamber 50, each of which is connected to the mixing chamber 50 through a channel extending from a middle outlet corresponding to a fixed water level of the mixing chamber 50, and which sequentially receive the dilution which has been diluted in the mixing chamber 50 at least once.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
