PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform reservation of a video conference, and reproduction and editing of record of the video conference.;SOLUTION: An information storage section 14 of a video conference reservation/execution control/recording control unit 1 stores a reservation ID of the video conference reservation/execution control/recording control unit 1, a reservation ID of groupware 2, and information on contents stored in a content storage/reproduction/distribution unit 6 while making them correspond to one another, and a groupware cooperation section 12 cooperates with the groupware 2 according to information stored in the information storage section 14 to enable the groupware 2 to reserve a video conference and reproduce and edit video conference record. Especially, the groupware cooperation section 12 registers the record of the video conference stored as contents in the content storage/reproduction/distribution unit 6 while linking it to schedules of members expected to attend at the video conference, and registers it as a resource on the groupware 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
