PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of rapidly predicting development of a material structure such as a working set structure of an attention portion of a workpiece, in a plastic working process of mainly metal material such as rolling, extruding, drawing, casting, or pressing. PSOLUTION: This analysis device for the structure development of the workpiece in plastic working comprises: a means 2 acquiring a history of an increase amount of spin and distortion, or a displacement gradient increase amount of the attraction portion of the workpiece in the plastic working; a means 3 generating an adaptable increase amount of the spin and the distortion, or an adaptable increase amount of displacement gradient satisfying a convergence condition based on the history of the increase amount of the spin and the distortion. or the displacement gradient increase amount; a means 4 generating a crystal plastic model related to the attention portion; a means 5 generating a boundary condition of the crystal plastic model from the adaptable increase amount of the spin and the distortion, or the adaptable increase amount of the displacement gradient; a means 6 executing analysis of the crystal plastic model based on the boundary condition; a means 7 estimating a structure state from an analysis result of the crystal plastic model at a certain request; and an input means 1 of data and/or an output means 8 of an analysis result at a certain request.
