PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for issuing a license key which prevents the unauthorized use of software or makes the unauthorized use difficult.;SOLUTION: The available period of software installation is given to the license key. Information peculiar to a PC or a device is added to the license key and is held as an internal key. Software performs collation of the internal key to permit execution.
