PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically create message e-mails by simple operations in order to make it unnecessary for a substitute answerer to leave messages to absentees by writing memorandum, etc.;SOLUTION: The message e-mail transmission system has: a memory which stores a correspondence table between e-mail addresses and identification numbers of users of an extension; a detection circuit which detects the identification number of the users of the extension, which are transmitted by a key input part of an extension telephone; and an e-mail transmitting part which acquires the e-mail addresses of the users of the extension by referring to the memory and transmits the message e-mails to the e-mail addresses when the identification numbers of the users of the extension are detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
