PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail forwarding system for effectively executing the suppression of any junk mail by preventing the charge burden of electronic mail from being changed on a transmitter who has clearly transmitted no-junk mail, and for making it possible to receive electronic mail even from a first transmitter with charging the charge burden of electronic mail on the transmitter side as a rule.;SOLUTION: This electronic mail transmitting/receiving device is provided with an electronic mail transmitting device 10; an electronic mail receiving device 20; an electronic mail forwarding device 50; and a reception permission address memory 40 for registering a reception permission address, and the electronic mail receiving device 20 extracts a transmission source address of electronic mail transmitted from the electronic mail transmitting device 10, and collates the extracted transmission source address with a reception permission address registered in the reception permission address memory 40, and determines the acceptance of the electronic mail based on the collation result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
