PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system, an individual management server, an intensive management server, and an information management method for efficiently performing processing on the intensive management server by using the latest data while ensuring security.;SOLUTION: A company server 20 is provided with a plurality of company folders. When receiving an application request about a health insurance from a client terminal 10, the company server 20 specifies a company folder of a company to which a user at the client terminal 10 belongs, and updates and registers a record of a health insurance application database of the company folder. The company server 20 extracts matching data from an intensive database of a shared server 30 by using a company code of the company, a document ID, and an employee number of an applicant and updates data.
