PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abstract dictionary edition method, an abstract dictionary editing program, and a computer-readable recording medium with its program recorded thereon for enabling a small-scaled company or an individual enterpriser without any professional accounting or taxation business knowledge to easily edit an abstract dictionary.;SOLUTION: This abstract dictionary edition program includes a step T1 of displaying an abstract dictionary edition picture when an abstract dictionary edition instruction is made; steps T2 to T4 of reading an abstract dictionary record in a designated range from an abstract dictionary; steps T5 and T6 of displaying the read abstract dictionary record on an abstract dictionary edition picture; processes T7 to T11 of, when the update instruction of the displayed abstract dictionary record is made, updating the abstract dictionary record only when the abstract dictionary record as the object of update is set to use permission; and steps T13 and T14 of, when the change instruction of the use validity/invalidity information of the displayed abstract dictionary record is made, changing the use validity/invalidity information of the abstract dictionary record only when update of the abstract dictionary record is inhibited.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
