VOICE INPUT TYPE LANGUAGE-SPECIFIC PERSONAL COMPUTER, WORD PROCESSOR, AND DOCUMENT FORMING SOFTWARE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with complicated operation of a keyboard in a personal computer or word processor. PSOLUTION: A word obtained by converting a same voice waveform or a same voice current analog signal to a digital signal by an A-D converter based on international phonetic alphabets, which corresponds to human acoustic sense, is matched with a digital signal of a word of each language stored in a storage medium or preliminarily formed DVD disk storing voiced sounds of words of each language by learning, which corresponds to human brains. Namely, a word having the same word voice as a voice spoken to a microphone is selectively acquired. According to this, since input of each language can be performed by voice input instead of a keyword, and word recognition and acquisition equal to that by human can be performed with hardly needing the keyboard, a high-speed and smooth voice input language-specific personal computer or processor can be provided.
