PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables a user to make an outgoing phone call easily using information that is easily and directly linked to a user's memory when the user makes an outgoing phone call using a portable terminal.;SOLUTION: The portable terminal 100 has such a configuration that an image registration processing unit 104 registers telephone numbers, which are specified by the user, on a camera function outgoing telephone book 105 correlating them with images photoed by a camera 120, an image photography processing unit 101 acquires images from the cameral 120 when the user makes an outgoing telephone call through an input key 140 in a state where the user photos the image with the camera 120, and an image comparison processing unit 106 compares and collates the acquired image with the images, which are previously registered on the camera function outgoing telephone book 105. When the registered image identical to the acquired image is found, a telephone number correlated with the above image is acquired.
