PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make display content of information appropriate in groupware which manages especially business information, in relation to a computer for business information management or the like.;SOLUTION: A computer stores a business information file including a plurality of pieces of business information, and a first piece of authority information which associates a first piece of specification information which specifies predetermined business information included in the business information file, and a first authorized person who has an authority to update the first piece of specification information. It receives input of a first piece of change information which changes a specification content of the first piece of specification information, and specifies a first changing person who changes the content of specification of the first piece of specification information. It confirms whether the first changing person is a person with an authority to update the first piece of specification information based on the first authorized person. When it is decided that the first changing person has the authority to change the first piece of specification information by the first confirmation means, it updates the first piece of specification information, based on the first piece of change information, and creates a first personal page of a member, based on the first piece of specification information and displays the first personal page.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
