PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical reservation system for solving the problem that "three-hour-wait and three-minute-medical examination" while protecting personal information. PSOLUTION: A medical server system is composed of: a medical examination-prescription estimation server for enabling a patient to perform access through a first network from a communication terminal; a medical server; and the reservation display terminal of a medical institute and the reservation display terminal of a pharmacy, which have made a contract over business agreement with a special medical cooperation connected through a second network to the medical server. The medical examination-prescription estimation server transmits the estimate code and reservation number of the medical examination-prescription selected by the self-declaration of the patient to the reservation display terminal for the medical institute and the reservation display terminal for the pharmacy, and the estimate code patient of the medical examination-prescription goes to the registration medical institute, and performs a reception procedure based on the reservation number and his or her own health insurance card, and a person in charge of reception requests medical examination to a doctor by transferring the estimate code of medical examination-prescription to an electronic medical chart and/or electronic receipt system.
