PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for shooting a ball by setting the direction of the rotation axis of the ball to stabilize the flying trajectory of the ball.;SOLUTION: The direction of the rotating axis of the ball is freely changed by changing the revolving speed of three rotors 7, 8 and 9 independently and by changing the revolving angles of the rotors.
