PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a business monitoring operation for achieving efficiency of a monitoring operation by a business monitoring device 20 according to the change of business execution circumstances in a business system 10, and to control the notification operation of a monitoring result for enabling the business monitoring device 20 to notify a monitor result effectively. PSOLUTION: A monitoring index management part 32 receives a business index calculated based on the monitoring result of a business by a business monitoring device 20. A monitoring index management part 32 calculates a monitor index showing the executing circumstances of the monitoring operation of the business monitoring device 20. A monitoring index management part 32 adjusts the parameter value of a monitoring operation parameter DB21 so that the value of the monitoring index showing the executing circumstances of the monitoring operation of the business monitoring device 20 can be made a desired state.
