PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the memory quantity or calculation time needed for calculation while maintaining analysis accuracy in application of PML of Berenger as an absorbing boundary condition. PSOLUTION: The electromagnetic field analysis device (PC) comprises an analytic area analysis means (C1D), which performs analysis by FDTD (finite difference time domain) method; an absorbing boundary electromagnetic field storage means (C1E3), which stores intensities (ESBx/SB, ESBy/SB, ESBz/SB, HSBx/SB, HSBy/SBand HSBz/SB) of electric field (D) and magnetic field (H) for each area divided by an absorbing boundary area 5; virtual time electromagnetic field arithmetic means (C1E1a+C1E1b), which calculate either one of the electric field E and the magnetic field (H) at virtual times (n't and (n+1/2)'t); post-analysis time electromagnetic field arithmetic means (C1E2a+C1E2b), which calculate either one of the electric field (E) and the magnetic field (H) after analysis times (nt and (n+1/2)t); and an analyzed electromagnetic field display means (C2), which displays electromagnetic fields E and H.
