PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main control panel design system, a main control panel design method, and its program, which provides a size information with high accuracy concerning size of the main control panel at the time of a specification meeting to eliminate the need for design modification of a single flat panel cleaning system.;SOLUTION: The main control panel design system is provided with: a processing means 10 which performs calculation processing of a plurality of calculation means performing calculation to design the size of a main control panel, and decision processing of a decision means deciding size of the main control panel, based on the calculation processing resu an input means 14 to input conditions to design the size of the main control panel; a storage means 12 which memorizes file data by which the processing means 10 performs calculation processing based on the input condition; and an output means 16 which displays the size of the main control panel, based on the processing result of the processing means 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
