PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an earthquake-resisting wall or an aseismic control wall, exerting necessary and sufficient kinetic properties, by using a thin corrugated steel plate manufactured of a thin steel plate capable of being bend-molded by a generally used pressing machine, and the earthquake-resisting wall manufactured by the manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: At least two thin corrugated steel plates 2, which are molded by bending the thin steel plate in a corrugated shape, are superposed on one another in the state of being arranged with a spacer 3 sandwiched in between and with irregularities directed in the same direction.
