PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation caused by a secular change by the lapse of time of an inner wall surface such as a manhole, by spraying a sulfur composition being a solid at an ordinary temperature and brought into a fluid state by melting by being heated within a predetermined temperature range.;SOLUTION: In a state of threadedly engaging a rotary shaft 26 forming a male screw on an outer peripheral surface, rotating around the axis A of a manhole port 20 and liftably extending in the vertical direction with a baseboard 25 forming a screw hole 29 in a central part, the torque of a rotational driving source 27 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 26 by a rotational lifting mechanism 28 detachably arranged in the manhole port 20, rotating the rotary shaft 26 by the rotational driving source 27 so that a speed can be adjusted and arranged between the rotational driving source 27 and the rotary shaft 26. The melted sulfur composition is sprayed toward an inner wall of the manhole 21 as a spraying material 22 by a spraying machine 23 fixed to the lower end of the rotary shaft 26 by ascending or descending the rotary shaft 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
