PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring device capable of easily removing burr without damaging the surface of a resin molded product. PSOLUTION: The deburring device 1 is constituted so as to remove the burr formed on the surface of the resin molded product by the gap of a die at the time of resin molding and equipped with laser beam forming means 24, 26 and 28 each of which forms a laser beam having a beam diameter twice or above the length of burr and a Gaussian distribution beam profile in a burr containing region, a positioning means 30 for determining the irradiation position of the laser beam with respect to the resin molded product W so that the skirt part in the beam profile of the laser beam is incident on the burr and a moving means 30 for moving either one of the resin molded product W and the laser beam forming means 24 so as to scan the laser beam along the burr.
