PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell kinetic-observing apparatus having a chamber, capable of carrying out long-term continuous observation of cells such as living cell by high-resolution oil-immersion objective lens and observation of reaction ranging from split second to long period to stimulation and to provide a cell kinetic-observing apparatus to which an incubator having cultured cells are mounted.;SOLUTION: An opening 8 is formed in a heat-conductive substrate 2 and an elastic ring 15 is attached to the circumference of a cover glass 14 to form an incubator 16. The elastic ring 15 of the incubator 16 is fitted into a groove 18 at lower end of the opening 8. Thereby, the incubator 16 is detachably attached to the opening 8 of the substrate 2. A chamber 4 is formed by an inner wall of the opening 8, the incubator 16 and a transparent plate 12. The substrate 2 is equipped with a culture medium storage part 6 for feeding a culture medium to the chamber 4, a passage 26 for feeding the culture medium from the culture medium storage part 6 to the chamber 4 and a discharge passage 19 for discharging the culture medium in the chamber 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
