PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of replacing a shoe box in a powder-compacting apparatus by which changing of metal powder can be facilitated by making the shoe box movable while holding metal powder remaining in the shoe box, and to provide a feeder device and a powder-compacting apparatus using the feeder device.;SOLUTION: The feeder device is provided with the shoe box 40 formed with an opening part 44 at the lower part, wherein the opening part 44 is moved to above a packing part formed at a die 24 and metal powder fed from a hopper 70 to the shoe box 40 is fed to the packing part.
