MAINTENANCE PERSON DISPATCH SYSTEM IN DISASTER OCCURRENCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently dispatch a maintenance person when a disaster occurs in a maintenance person dispatch system for dispatching a maintenance person to equipment using an equipment monitoring network system for communicating the equipment information of respective buildings to a monitoring center for remotely monitoring the equipment inside the respective buildings.;SOLUTION: The equipment monitoring network system 12 has a specified equipment management device 20 provided inside a specified building 16 for each area 36 and a general equipment management device 22 provided in a general building 18 inside the area 36. When the disaster occurs, since communication is performed from the general equipment management device 22 inside the area 36 to the specified equipment management device 20 of the other area 36 and equipment information is collected by the specified equipment management device 20 for each area 36, the collection time of the equipment information is shortened.
