PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a railroad vehicle 1 capable of loading a road traveling vehicle 2 having sufficient transportation performance, and operating in two-way without coupling again a coupled power car at a turning station. PSOLUTION: The railroad vehicle 1 comprises a moving type loading device 100 provided with a deck portion 110 on which the road traveling vehicle 2 is loaded, a slide means 120 making the deck portion slide horizontal to a traveling direction of the railroad vehicle, and a lifting means 140 lifting/lowering the deck portion; and an operating device 31 controlling the coupled power car to operated as a coupled vehicle.
