PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which can efficiently diffuse image light while suppressing the deterioration of gain and the deterioration of resolution and, thereby, can efficiently prevent glittering of an image. PSOLUTION: The optical sheet 29 is used for a transmission type screen 20. The optical sheet is provided with: a first light diffusion layer 30 comprising a first base material 31 which includes a rugged surface 32 made by arranging a plurality of unit lens shape parts 33 on the incident light side; and a second light diffusion layer 35 which is arranged on the light emission side of the first light diffusion layer and comprises a second base material 36 and a plurality of light diffusion agents 37 incorporated into the second base material.
