PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inducing convection current in a water tank which is enabled to quickly obtain a flow speed needed for preventing sludge or the like from precipitation in a bottom part of the tank with suppressed running cost by suppressing the loading motive force per unit volume of the water tank.;SOLUTION: The apparatus for inducing convection current in a water tank is configured by integrally forming an upper part pipe 5 having a discharge port 52 in the upper end and a lower part pipe 6 having a discharge port 62 in the lower end in a manner that the pipes sandwich a casing 7 having suction ports 51 and 61 in the outer circumference and installing both upper and lower part impellers 2 and 4 for discharging a liquid out of the water tank through the discharge ports 52 and 62 into respective upper and lower pipes 5 and 6 in a manner that the impellers can be rotated. Both upper and lower part impellers 2 and 4 are configured in a manner that the flow rate ratio of the flow rate of discharge through the discharge port 52 in the upper end and the flow rate of discharge through the discharge port 62 in the lower end by rotation of both upper and lower impellers 2 and 4 become 1:(1.5 to 3).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
