PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, program and system for performing trade study and evaluation activity.;SOLUTION: The comparative evaluation of a plurality of alternative candidates is performed by: preparing a plurality of evaluation criteria for evaluating alternative candidates (12); comparing a pair of the evaluation criteria and for assigning relative weights to the respective pair of the evaluation criteria subjected to the comparative evaluation (14); assigning evaluation values to the evaluation criteria for each of the alternative candidates (18); and generating the relative ranking of the alternative candidates based on at least a portion of the assigned relative weights and the assigned evaluation values (20).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
