ADAPTIVE CANCELING METHOD OF ROUTING WAVE IN OFDM SYSTEM SFN REPEATER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive canceling method for suppressing a routing wave and a multipath interference wave by clarifying a new frequency domain identification algorithm for estimating an out-of-band propagation path characteristic in an OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) having band limitation. PSOLUTION: The adaptive canceling method comprises respective steps of: giving an initial value of a canceling characteristic and performing Fourier transform of a received signal in the subsequent update; estimating a transmission path characteristic, comprising a process for estimating an inband transmission path characteristic by linear interpolation and restoring a transmission signal by a predicted result of the inband transmission path characteristic, a process for estimating an out-of-band transmission path characteristic by a frequency identification algorithm, a process for calculating a sensitivity characteristic by a closed loop characteristic equation, and a process for calculating a multipath characteristic by a signal spectrum and a frequency characteristic of a transmission path; evaluating the upper limit of a sensitivity characteristic estimation error by an estimated value of a relay transfer characteristic and the multipath characteristic; and updating cancellation on the basis of results of the respective steps.
