PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a rolled material immediately before a core tube by rolling the rolled material B without applying roll step marks, wrinkles, and hitting marks therein.;SOLUTION: A material fixing groove part 5 is formed in the core tube 1. A step absorbing and fixing tape is stuck on the groove. When a second turn is wrapped, the rolled end portion A for the rolled material is sunk by an absorbing material, and a step is eliminated. A rolled material end storage groove 7 and a tape fixing groove part 5 are formed in the core tube. The rolled end portion A of the rolled material B is put into the rolled end storage groove 7, and the step 6 is absorbed by the step absorbing fixing tape C to prevent the rolling marks and wrinkles from being applied thereto. When the tape fixing groove part 5 is formed in the rolled core tube 1, the end portion A of the rolled material B is fixed onto the step absorbing fixing tape C, and the second turn of the rolled material is wrapped therearound, the rolled material end portion absorbs the step by the step absorbing fixing tape C to prevent rolled marks and wrinkles from being applied thereto. A sleeper portion higher than the core is formed in the core on both sides or in the lateral direction, and the rolled material B is wrapped, an air layer 4 is formed to eliminate rolled marks, hitting marks, and wrinkles by the air layer 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
