PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service in connection with mobile communication to a customer using the public traffic system and a custody service of a mobile communication terminal for domestic use, an automobile, and a house key, etc., to a customer who leaves a country using the public traffic system via stores installed in a public traffic system.;SOLUTION: This system installs a mobile communication terminal merchandising store network beforehand in the inside or frontage of stations, havens, airports and bus terminals. When using the public traffic system, a procedure of new subscription, model change or purchasing increase is carried out. A customer comes to a store for pickup on his/her way home. In lending a mobile terminal for use in foreign countries, a SIM card is exchanged for lending. The mobile terminal for domestic use, automobile and house key, etc., are kept simultaneously, and a rental fee and a guarantee charge are collected together with a storage charge. At return to home, the SIM card is exchanged at the same store and a customer's terminal is returned.
