PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active type in-cabin noise control device with high practicality by preventing an unstable noise reducing operation such as an increase of noise by a change of the state of a vehicle such as opening of door and window.;SOLUTION: A transmission characteristic from a speaker up to a microphone is always measured by using a signal outside an audible band.
