PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and a panel structure allowing inexpensive construction of a low-rise building superior in thermal insulation performance.;SOLUTION: This panel structure 16 for the low-rise building is characterized in that an EPS plate 16a of the same size is arranged in the outermost layer, and one or a plurality of EPS plates and/or one or a plurality of polypropylene plates 16b having the same size as the EPS plate, are arranged in an intermediate layer, and are formed by adhering the mutual adjacent plates by an adhesive, and a large number of grooves 18a and 18b are arranged on a surface of one outermost layer or a surface of both outermost layers, and a large number of through-holes 20 reaching the other surface from one surface of the outermost layer, are arranged in the grooves.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
