STONE THROWING METHOD AND FORMING METHOD FOR SUBMARINE MOUND BY THROWING STONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stone throwing method efficiently forming a submarine mound in a predetermined form, and also to provide a forming method for the submarine mound by throwing the stones.;SOLUTION: When the submarine mound M in the predetermined form is formed by repeating one cycle for throwing the stones R loaded in a working ship 1 in a target sea area, the stones R are thrown with openings of bottom parts 3, 3 of a bulk 2 fully opened in each cycle from a first cycle to the predetermined number of cycles to scatter the stones R in a predetermined range and rapidly form a base portion M1. In each one cycle after the predetermined number of cycles, an throwing process to throw the stones R with an opening width W of the bottom portions 3, 3 which is set once kept for the predetermined time and to enlarge the opening width W by each time throwing process in order is repeated, thus rapidly accumulating the stones R on the base portion M1 which has been already formed, and forming a mountain-shaped portion M2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
