PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly determine whether the peeling strength of a plate-like body is acceptable or not even when material, thickness and the like vary depending on the kind of a card, and the like.;SOLUTION: A card 1 formed by stacking a card body 3 and a cover 6 and joining them by adhesion and welding with an adhesive is a measuring object, and the peeling strength of the card 1 is measured when the cover 6 of the card 1 peels from the card body 3.
