INSPECTION GAUGE AND INSPECTION SYSTEM USING THIS INSPECTION GAUGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple inspection gauge for inspecting colored film unformed part, wherein the severer inspection to the same has been requested because of a recent allowable value to the width of the colored film unformed part becoming small according to the improvement of the size precision of the sheet glass and the improvement of the screen printing technology.;SOLUTION: The inspection gauge is made of polymer having at least one side of the plane end, and at the edge a protruding part is provided. The protruding length of the protrusion is made equal to the allowable width between the edge of the sheet glass and the edge of the colored film (colored film unformed part). The plane edge of the inspection gauge is press abutted to the edge of the sheet glass, and the edge position of the colored film and the tip of the protrusion are compared and discriminated whether the width between the edge of the colored film and the edge of the sheet glass is less than or equal to the allowable size.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
