EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR MEDICAL PRACTICE ROOM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system for medical practice room, surely managing equipment without impairing the efficiency of transfer within a practice room and smoothly storing equipment of various sizes/shapes by monitoring both the flow of persons entering and leaving the practice room and the transfer of equipment from the storage based on a practice training curriculum. PSOLUTION: This system comprises the practice room 2 having a lockable door 6, the storage 12, medical practice equipment 16 stored in the storage, an entering person monitoring means 20 for monitoring entrance and exit from the practice room 2, a stock monitoring means 22 for monitoring transfer of the equipment 16, and a practice training management device 28 for recording information from the entering person monitoring means 20 and the stock monitoring means 22 and giving an alarm upon detection of loss of the equipment. The practice training management device 28 includes a database recording a timetable of the practice training curriculum. The device 28 confirms that all the equipment exists in the storage 12 before start or in an initial stage of practice hours and at the end of the practice hours. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
