The display device 30 is composed using this lens sheet 10 so that the non-periodic flat parts 12 of the lens sheet 10 are superposed on the positioning marks 22 of a display panel 20. Since the non-periodic flat parts 12 serving as lens reference marks are disposed on the positioning marks 22, observation displacement of the positioning marks due to lens effect yielded during alignment is prevented, and highly accurate alignment is ensured.
