PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical nursery bed temperature adjusting system solving the following problems: a conventional system for raising seedling and growth in a nursery bed requires time and manpower for nursery bed preparing work, causes unevenness in temperature and thereby requires labor for control thereof; a system using oil causes environmental contamination due to COSB2/SB; and a method for melting snow on road surfaces adopted in a snow zone is inefficient. PSOLUTION: The electrical nursery bed temperature adjusting system is such that an electrical power carbon heater 5 is integrated with a structure configured so as not to make generated heat get downward (through putting a flameproof sheet material 2 and a heat-insulating material 3 inside a VP long box 1, wrapping the box with the flameproof sheet material 2, fastening the upper part of the sheet with a hook and loop fastener, superimposing a non-combustible material 4, the heat-generating carbon heater 5 fixed via an insulating tape, and further a flameproof sheet material 6 on the box, enclosing the structure with a thermal conductive stainless board 7 from above, and integrating the structure with the VP long box 1 and fastening them together by screws), burying the carbon heater-integrated object under the nursery bed so as to freely adjust the temperature of a heat-generating body with a voltage adjuster at hand.
