SYSTEM ALLOWING PERSON TO LIVE IN PERSON'S OWN HOUSE EVEN IF LIFELINE IS INTERCEPTED IN DISASTER OR THE LIKE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the inconvenience that a person has to live as an evacuee or the like when the lifeline is intercepted or a cut is imposed on water intake to cause shortage of water in a big earthquake. PSOLUTION: Rainwater is stored underground, and is made to flow through a water cleaner to obtain cleaned water as a water source for potable water, bathing water and the like. A cycle battery of 12 V is charged by several solar cells, and used as a power source. A person can live in the person's own house by using various electric appliances of 12 V even if the lifeline is intercepted. Thus, the above problem is solved.
